🎶Tis the season for coat blowing! 🎶

Ahhh spring! This time of year I'm slinging hair!

All the Newfs are "blowing coat".

This is a pile of hair after a brushing session from Church. Newfs blow coat twice yearly; a heavier shed in the spring for sure. This time of year line brushing, (separating the hair in lined sections and bringing the undercoat out, leaving the top coat) is the best technique. I do this with a rake comb and use a curry comb and conditioner spray for the top coat. I'll attach a video of this in the gallery!
