Welcome to our homestead!
I'm Savanaha, our lives revolve around our love for natural living and home preservation.
To us, nothing is better than being tucked away in the woods, with our animals.
Our homestead consists of 120 acres; nestled in the seclusion of dense forest.
Towering sandstone cliffs, cascading waterfalls and all the space our dogs could dream of. We live a simple, blessed life together. It's our pleasure to raise such a magnificent breed.
We currently have four Newfs in our program;
our Sire, Zhack
& Dams, Lana, Kathy and Maybelline.
Our program adults have been selected for their health, temperament and type.
Our litters can be evaluated for the capability of work, therapy and service.
We complete NCA recommend, breed standard genetic testing for Degenerative Myelopathy and Cystinuria.
Our program dogs have been cardiac cleared by ultrasound and have been evaluated for hip / elbow dysplasia through OFA &/or PennHIP.
Your puppy comes home with a one-year congenital/genetic health guarantee.
We educate our families on rearing a happy, healthy Newfoundland from puppy hood to the golden years.

Raising Your Puppy
Ensuring our puppies flourish, mentally and physically.
Nourishing growth in mind, body and spirit!
Our kiddos are raised in home, underfoot.
Ensuring puppies are easily adaptive, makes them equipped for life with you. Puppy Culture and ENS help us accomplish that.
From day three we start Early Neurological Stimulation. This is a series of musculoskeletal manipulations and intentional stimuli of the nervous system.
Research shows that ENS aids in the development of the Neurological and Cardiovascular systems. Intentional handling daily gets them used to touch early on.
We start Puppy Culture curriculum at three weeks.
They will have age-appropriate exposure to
Potty Training, Crate Training, Basic Commands, Grooming, Water, Animals, Scents, People and Places. I keep you updated along the way!
The first 12 weeks of your puppy's life is crucial for a solid foundation. It's important to us, that we set them up for success.

• If you are interested in a puppy text or call! If you call and I'm not available, please leave me a voicemail with your name or send me a text!
The pups and I are also active on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube!
I like to set up a time to video chat so we can become better aquatinted.
I take time to understand a family's needs and expectations around a puppy.
After formalities, I have a questionnaire and an info packet I will email you.
I will get you placed on our waitlist, or we can look at placement if there is a litter on the ground with availability.
• If working with us from whelp to go home, I'll keep you updated through one-on-one video chats and photos/videos while they're growing up!
Your puppy can go home after they're 10 weeks old and they've had their final clearances with us.
• Your puppy comes home to you with record of their medical care.
This includes age appropriate vaccines and a final health exam; detailing heart, eyes and structural soundness.
Your puppy will be started on preventatives for flea, tick, heartworm and intestinal parasites. They will also be microchipped.
• The reservation price is non-refundable; due only when puppies are on the ground and established.
Once we've offered you a spot within a litter, the reservation confirms your commitment to a puppy.
It is transferable to a future litter, if the need may arise.
The $500 reservation holds your puppy until their go home date.
The reservation fee comes off the total price of your puppy which is $3,000
The remainder is due when your baby is in your arms.
I will always welcome my puppies home, no matter their age or situation.
It is noted in our contract that we are to be notified if ever there is a need to rehome one of our Newfs.
Our pups go home under limited registration with a spay & neuter obligation; unless otherwise specified.
There is a separate contract for those very special considerations.
• We deliver and love to travel!
Our delivery cost is dependent on means of delivery and distance!
We offer air and ground transportation.
We never send our kiddos anywhere alone.
I always fly with them, in cabin.

I've bred Kathy and we will ultrasound to confirm pregnancy with our reproductive vet, mid October.
Currently, I'm progesterone testing with Ms. Maybelline, hopefully we will complete the process by the week of September 21st.
If all goes well, we will be whelping the second and third week of November with the ladies!
I always take applications and love to take the time to learn about prospective families and their needs surrounding one of my Newfs! Reach out, anytime!

The litters will be black, with possibility of show, therapy, & family quality puppies.
I will be reserving first pick from the litters for the kennel.

An exceptional Russian pedigree, a Newf true to type and nature.
She is very able bodied, athletic for the breed, and she loves to swim.
My plan is to rear my first bred by show prospect from this sweet lady!
I am so excited to keep from her for the future of our kennel.
She loves fresh garden vegetables, walks to the creek and lounging on the AC vents, away from the heat!

His pedigree encompasses longevity and elegance. Zhack is sweet, attentive and gentle. Classic Newf disposition.
He is a velcro dog.

We are blessed with the opportunity to have him in our program.
He reminds me greatly of my late Alfred, the predecessor of our beautiful pack of Newfoundlands.
